I would leave 0 if I could. The owner of this business really took advantage of me. I inquired about SCUBA diving and told him I needed to be home by 2pm. He said “no problem” so I booked…he drove me to a random tour booking office and argued (violently) with another man for about 15-20 minutes. It got so bad that I threatened to cancel. Because I really didn’t like this energy. They apologies, took my payment, then when back to fighting…it was super unprofessional. I was ready to put it behind me, but then he put me in a car with a different cab driving and that’s when I found out the diving spot was 1.25 hours away. I knew it would be cutting it super close on time, but it was still possible since we started around 8:30…anyways, we finally get to Baru, and sure enough I get stuck beach side for 45 minutes because the boat was “broke” I don’t know if I believe all that but whatever. When I finally get on a boat we go to dive and it was lame. Zero visibility and no fish. More importantly, he told me we were diving a sunken ship (lies)…anyways lastly one of the people on my dive cancelled because her gauges weren’t working and there was zero safety briefing. All in all, my mistake was booking with this guy. Don’t do it. Just book at an actual dive shop. This dude even lied to me saying lunch was included and it wasn’t. Horrible experience. And I ALWAYS leave good reviews. Not today. Buyer beware
