Positiva: La ubicacion es ideal, queda Norte muy cerca de la salida hacia cartagena y con salida hacia las circunvalar y zona industrial via 40.. Negativa: Ya no tienen servicio de restaurante propio (excepto en el desayuno), y aunque hay muchos restaurantes cercanos, cuando estamos por trabajo preferimos quedarnos en el Hotel para adelantar trabajo y pedir servicio a la habitacion..

Positiva: Desayune a las 9 de la mañana y el desayuno estuvo escaso de productos como frutas y huevos, parecía que quedaban ya unas pocas sobras.. Negativa: El desayuno.Mejorar la oferta de productos..

Positive: Clean rooms, well equipped, nice staff. Good wifi.. Negative: My room was on the 3rd floor, front side. The bar next door played incredibly loud music on Friday and Sat night. (I’m not the complaining type at all)...I genuinely did not sleep until it finished at 3. As I result I moved to a hotel round the corner on Sunday. I’d asked the staff on fri night if they could move me and they said not, but only on Saturday as they were full. I didn’t bother on Saturday in the end, so that’s my problem. But Friday didn’t make sense that they were full because according to booking.com rooms were still available. I don’t blame the hotel for the bars music...but if you are there on the weekend you don’t want to be in a room on the left as you face the hotel...unless you are partying till gone 3!.

Positive: Camera grande.. Negazione: Al momento del check in mi sono trovato una tassa di 10000 pesos perché a dire della recepcionista cè una tassa sui cittadini colombiani, tassa che non ho pagato il giorno prima al Windsor. Ho fatto notare che stava dicendo una cosa falsa e che non esiste nessuna tassa governativa. Le contestavo che non era un provvedimento governativo ma della struttura. E lei poi non ha potuto negarlo. Accoglienza pessima e non per la differenza di prezzo in sé che non é nulla ma potevo scegliere unaltra struttura più cara. La camera sembrava avesse un terrazzo ma era murato..le tende coprono tutto e non si può nemmeno prendere aria se si volesse. Um 4 stelle molto spartano che non rispecchia il livello di categoria. Colazione scarsa, nemmeno un po di miele e un croissant 🥐. Deludente per un 4 stelle..

Positiv: Frühstückbuffet war super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Jahr im Stanford Plaza. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel.. Negativ: Es gibt wirklich keine Beanstandungen..

Positief: locatie en personeel en kamer. Negatief: ontbijt,moest vragen om borden en zelf afdrogen en alleen 1 persoon om eten bij te vullen(portier),die ook nog bezoekers begeleid.Hierdoor moeten wachten op aanvulling eten bij het buffet,zoals jus de orange,kaas eieren etc..
