Terrible place to stay. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! First thing you are going to see is roaches everywhere and on the bed, a really bad toilet smell that won’t let you sleep. They don’t have AC nor fans, the rooms are too small, don’t have windows so Not ventilation. The cleaning of the rooms is awful!! They don’t clean the rooms!! You don’t have any refrigerator to keep your Drinks cold they don’t even have any at the front desk. Not parking.PlEASE READ ... the worst thing is this guy that is on night duty called Alfonso, was so rude and disrespectful, he got mad at me and tell me o my because I asked him why the rooms were not cleaned. Sandra that is the owner of the place never showed up nor call back to fix the situation. They don’t even have system to pay with card. Don’t waste your money coming to this place!!!Horrible lugar para quedarse. NO LO RECOMIENDO en absoluto!!! Lo primero que va a ver cucarachas por todos lados inclusive en las camas, olor de alcantarilla que no te deja dormir, no hay ni aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, los cuartos no tienes ventanas por lo tanto no hay ventilación. Los cuartos son demasiado pequeños. Limpieza de los cuartos??? Buena suerte con eso, NO LIMPIAN LOS CUARTOS!!! No tienes lugar para refrigerar nada, no hay parqueadero.LEER ... lo peor de todo la persona encargada de la noche llamado Alfonso, un señor irrespetuoso y grosero. Me gritó y se disgustó por el solo hecho de yo haberle hecho el reclamo del no arreglo de los cuartos. La dueña del Hotel niña se manifestó ni se apersono del asunto. Ahórrese su dinero en venir a este sitio!!!

Un lugar acogedor, central y de facil acceso con un concepto costumbrista que rescata la escencia de las construcciones y la decoración propia de la cultura cafetera tan importante para esta región, cada detalle evoca un sentimiento y un lugar, llevando a sus huespedes a vivir una experiencia del Campo, sin salir de la ciudad.
