Excelente servicio, queda cerca a todo, hay D1, tiendas cafeterías cerca, tiene servicio de cocina, lavadero y lavadora en el patio de ropa, habitación con baño privado, aire acondicionado, neverita, closeth y baño privado, encima que Doña Estela la dueña es un amor de mujer.

Positiva: Amabilidad y disposición de la propietaria a atender cualquier solicitud. Terraza amplia en las habitaciones. A 15 de agradable paseo del centro.. Negativa: Las habitaciones están en un tercer piso sin ascensor, lo que no supuso inconveniente para nosotros pero puede ser un hándicap para huéspedes con movilidad reducida.

Positiva: El área es muy segura y muy tranquila. Facilidad de transporte público para cualquier lugar de la isla. La habitación es cómoda.. Negativa: Es un tercer piso. No vimos esa información en la descripción. Somos personas mayores, pesadas, con problemas de rodillas así que nos tomó por sorpresa el tener que subir escaleras..

Lejos la mejor decisión que tomamos la de hospedarnos en lo de la señora Stela en el Summer Breeze.. estuvimos 10 días junto con mi señora y todo fue positivo en lo que al hospedaje y atención se refiere.. la señora Stela la persona más atenta y amable.. el hospedaje muy confortable, moderno, completo y con una ubicación( caminás 5 minutos al centro) y vistas privilegiadas.. 10 sobre 10!!

El lugar fue fantástico. Pero lo mejor fue la atención de la sra. Stella, ella tiene un don y una calidez humana que te hace sentir en casa. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Positive: Really loved our stay with Stella! She is so lovely and helpful (even drove us to the airport when our taxi didn’t arrive at 6am). The room is really comfortable and so clean. Really comfy bed & pillows. Having a fridge in our room was an added bonus and really good air con. The kitchen is perfect for making meals as eating out is very over priced & the view from the balcony is a nice for drinks & meals. Really close to a supermarket and we even swam just over the road. Really recommended a stay here as you are in a more local area and away from all the tourist traps. There were some nice restaurants a 10 min walk away!. Negative: Nothing, really great place to stay on the island!.

Positive: - The mini fridge and the access to a kitchen were a great way to save money (restaurants can be very expensive on SAI) - The property is brand new and the room was spacious and clean! AC worked well - It was amazing to have direct access to the balcony from the room (3rd floor: nice view and welcome breeze!) - Great privacy, since there are only 4 bedrooms - The host is super kind and friendly - Easy access to the island buses (2,800cop). Negative: - The check-in process could be improved: there’s no reception and the doorbell doesn’t work so make sure you have a cellphone to call them when you’re at the door - The kitchen could be cleaner (was never cleaned during my 3 day stay) and better equipped - The 20-min walk to the beach can feel long, but I enjoyed living in a more quiet, clean and safe neighbourhood.

Negativ: Wir haben kein Frühstück gegessen, weil es so wie immer nur Eier gab, Obst und nicht viel Auswahl. Die Musik von Roof Top war sehr laut und wurde gegen 22/23 Uhr abgedreht..

Me pareció que para ser un hotel, pero es un hostal. No hay desayuno, pero el albergue cuenta con una cocina compartida bien equipada.No soy un fan hostal, pero para aquellos que como mochilero / sistema de raíces no puedo cuidar de mi opinión.6:30 am Se empieza a oír a la gente en la calle y los perros ladrando personas.La campana de la iglesia suena a las 6:30 y 06:45 el domingo. Y la casa se encuentra en una zona residencial.Si tiene problemas de espalda puede tener problemas con el colchón que es malo. Las almohadas son bastante mala.El desayuno que tiene que hacer o comer en la calle. Pero tiene pocas opciones cerca.Ubicación: cerca de 20 minutos a pie del centro. Y no hay restaurante cerca (ah tiene un metro cerca, pero no llama al restaurante).Bañera aquí es frío (la mayoría de las opciones de la isla de San Andrés es, a fin de comprobar antes de elegir). Sin ducha o caliente; es frio. Así que anulo mi baño de la mañana y ha creado un hábito temporal de una sola cuando se trataba de la playa.Los propietarios son muy amables y siempre disponible para los clientes.

Positive: Stella was such a great host - she was very sweet and hospitable. We felt very safe and welcomed. She sorted out day tours and buggy rentals as well as snorkel and aqua shoe gear which was a huge help. We didnt speak too much Spanish nor did she speak much English but the sentiments of warmness was very much appreciated. The breakfast that Stella prepared was delicious: anything from arepas, scrambled eggs with tomato and good black coffee. The room itself was good, we had excellent sleep! The air-conditioning was a god-send! We loved our stay with Stella and her family was very sweet as well. Her daughter speaks English! Stella was very patient and taught us some Spanish too!.

Комнаты находятся на втором этаже, будьте готовы поднимать багаж вручную. У нас был выход на небольшую веранду с видом на море. Приятно посидеть вечером с бокалом вина. Есть общая кухня. Там три плитки, кофеварка, посуда. Можно что-то нехитрое готовить. Мы делали завтрак. Кондиционер работает хорошо и довольно тихо. Хозяйка очень приветливая, со всеми нашими вопросами охотно помогала. До центра с магазинами, ресторанами и пляжем 15 ходьбы вдоль моря. Есть wifi , но слабый. Почту почитать можно. Для короткой остановки это неплохой вариант за разумные деньги. Хотя в принципе в Сан Андрес делать нечего и лучше его пропустить.. Негативный: Дом находится в жилом районе, через улицу от основной дороги, не мешает транспорт. Однако, местные собираются компаниями по ночам, пьют и веселятся всю ночь с музыкой на полную громкость, танцами и песнями до 6 утра прямо посреди улицы. Буквально. Мы практически не спали накануне двух перелетов, так как веселье было у нас под окном. Соседи не пытались это прекратить. Это, видимо, происходит постоянно, и они к этому привыкли, а вот мы нет. Отдохнуть между перелетами и облегчить маршрут не получилось. Имейте ввиду!.
