Evita este lugar, es el peor servicio del mundo. Son muy lentos y te cobran tarifas escandalosas y sus trabajadores tienen el peor servicio. Es como si no quisieran estar allí. Estuve allí hoy para cambiar mis dólares, la señora del mostrador me regañó porque estaba en mi teléfono. Ella podría haber preguntado cortésmente, estuve esperando unos 30 minutos, estaba súper aburrido. Luego, cuando finalmente llegué al mostrador, me dijo que lo sentimos, no podemos cambiar sus dólares, necesita su pasaporte. Tenía la identificación de mi pasaporte y no la aceptaron. Esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido para simplemente cambiar mi dinero. Recomendaré simplemente visitar un cajero automático, el servicio es mucho mejor y más rápido. Este lugar también tiene otras ubicaciones en el centro comercial. En cualquier momento del día verá largas filas y el servicio es simplemente terrible. Prefiero ir al dentista para que me saquen los dientes que ir a este lugar. Evítalo a toda costa.Avoid this place, is the worst service in the world. They are super slow and they charge you outrageous rates and their workers have the worst service. It’s like they don’t want to be there. I was there today to exchange my dollars, the lady on the counter scolded me because I was on my phone. She could’ve asked politely, I was waiting for about 30 minutes, I was super bored. Then when I finally reached the counter, she said sorry we can’t exchange your dollars, you need your passport. I had my passport card ID and they didn’t accept that. This is the worst experience I ever had to simply exchange my money. I will recommend to just visit an ATM, the service is much better and faster. This place also has other locations in the mall. Anytime of the day you will see a long lines and and service is just terrible. I will rather go to the dentist to get my teeth pulled than to go to this place. Avoid it at all cost.
