La peor experiencia en bancos Colombianos. Todo va bien cuando reciben el dinero para un CDt pero cuando es hora de retirar es un proceso lento, anticuado en el que se pierde tiempo, dinero y energía.Mi caso fue a la superintendencia financiera.Mucha atención porque las instrucciones que dan en el momento de constitución de CDT son equivocadas y no son precisas. No puedo creer que desde el mismo gerente de la sucursal incurran en falencias tan grandes. Te cambian las reglas a mitad del camino. Pareciera ser que la administración y logística son mucho mejor en una tienda de barrio que en esta entidad.Por fortuna hay quien les regule y hay que denunciar.Un irrespeto absoluto al cliente. Nunca haría negocios con ellos otra vez y jamás lo recomendaría. Elijan otras opciones financieras y manténganse alejados de esta entidad si no quieren dolores de cabeza.Si pudiera no daría ni una sola estrella al servicio pero no puedo de lo contrario no podría publicar mi experiencia.*************************************The worse experience in Colombian banks.Everything is fine when they receive your money for investment. When is time to collect your money be ready for a slow and antiquated process in which you loose time, energy and money.I brought my case to the Colombian financial government.Be careful because the instructions given at the beginning of your transaction are misleading and inaccurate.Hard to believe that even from the manager of the branch you get wrong information. Also be aware that the rules can be changed in the middle of the process. Thankfully there is a GOVERMENT institution to bring your case.Disrespectful with customers. I will never do business with them again and I will never recommend them either.Stay away from this entity in order to avoid head aches. Choose from many other options out there.I wouldn’t give them any stars for their service but I can’t otherwise I will not be able to share my experience.
