Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son muy confortables, el silencio, la tranquilidad para descansar, no hay ruido ni desorden, la atención de la administradora es excelente, super recomendado para sus próximos viajes a esta hermosa ciudad.

No lo recomiendo, cortan la energía de la habitación cuando uno sale, hay habitaciones son ventanas, lo ofrecen con aire acondicionado pero no dejan graduar la temperatura pues le bloquean las teclas al control para que no pueda usarlo, atención por el personal muy mala

Apagan el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo q uno salga o si llega tarde toca buscarlos para q lo prendan. No concuerdan los precios lo q dice uno y otro y otro y todos cambian la versión. La señora q trabaja ahí muy buena gente muy atenta y amable. Pero la dueña no es muy cordial.

Positive: Jesmar was fantastic. After a long bus journey with delays, they let us check in at 5am (we sent a message beforehand asking if it was okay to arrive at night). We were greeted by a friendly man who later brought us breakfast to our room, so we could basically eat and continue sleeping without even having to get out of bed. With only having arrived at 5, we were really happy about the relaxed 1pm check out and free tea and coffee in the balcony lobby. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Only one towel for two people was a bit odd, but we didnt get around to asking for a second one. They even offered to store our bags for free while we visited the desert (the bus station charges 7000 per bag per day). The area around the hotel is quiet. A taxi from the bus station to the hotel cost us around 7000.. Negative: You can hear people talking outside the room, but its not very loud. We had no trouble sleeping..

Positiv: Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Familie, trotz Sprachbarriere. Wir konnten unser Gepäck für unseren Ausflug in die Tatacoa Wüste und an unserem Abreisetag nach dem Check Out zwischenlagern. Bett war bequem und Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber.. Negativ: Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich in Ordnung (die Eier sehr gut), aber recht wenig..

Positive: The personnel was really Nice, they showed us the way to good restaurants in the area. The room was okay.. Negative: There is no hot water. The shower doesnt have a shower head or that thing that makes it a shower, instead it just spays water like a fire fighters hose. The television Only has 10 or so chanel. The bed is super hard. There was construction starting at 5am in the morning. When we wanted our breakfast, we had to go to the house besides which was actually someones homes. It felt really uncomfortable. We did not eat breakfast.

Positiv: Der inhaber, seine frau und seine tochter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unsere koffer während unserem ausflug in die tatacoawüste bei ihnen über nacht unterstellen. Er half uns als das taxi einen überhöhten preis verlangte. Die zimmer sind sehr schön, alles funktionierte tadellos. Das wasser in der dusche ist zwar kalt, aber bei den temperaturen in neiva und nach der wüste war es eine wohltat. Man sollte ihm am abend zuvor nur sagen, falls man etwas länger schlafen will, sonst bringt er einem das frühstück um halb 8 aufs zimmer. Aber andererseis hatten wir so mehr vom tag. :-). Negativ: Nichts.

Positive: Our bed was firm and we found it very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room worked very well and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The owner was very kind and allowed us to check in early, since we had taken a night bus to Neiva from Salento (we were told that it would take 8 hours and it took 6...). They can organise a taxi pick up which was very efficient the 3 times we used it.. Negative: The common space had chairs but no table, which would have been useful for the included breakfast! Also, the insulation of the rooms could be better. Cold water showers (it’s very hot in Neiva, but I personally like to have a warmish shower even when it’s hot!).

Positief: Supervriendelijk personeel, schone kamer en prima bed. Ontbijtje op de kamer gekregen.. Negatief: Heel gehorig, we konden alle gesprekken van de buren horen. Ook was de douche ijskoud (dit viel ook onze buren op aan de geluiden te horen).

Positive: -very clean -very friendly stuff -we could leave our big backpacks at the hostel for one night to go to the Tatacoa desert -we could stay at the hostel until we took our night bus -best breakfast so far in Colombia.

Positiv: Bett, wifi und Sauberkeit. Negativ: Die Unterkunft ist in Booking.com völlig überbewertet Zimmer extrem klein Aufenthaltsraum und Garten inexistent. Reiseberatung inkompetent. Frühstück wird nur wegen Raummangel aufs Zimmer gebracht.....

Positiv: Die Mitarbeiter bringt das Frühstück ins Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal.. Negativ: Die Wände sind sehr dünn, darum ist es sehr hellhörig. Keine anderen Backpacker dort..

Positive: The owners were just amazing! The most attentive I’ve ever encountered! Definitely recommend this hotel and would come back if again in Neiva :).
