Arturo is the man! My car needed serious repairs and in a week they were all handled perfectly. He goes out of his way to find the best and most sensible solution. As opposed to whats typical of the trade, he is honest with the diagnosis and does not embellish so as to extort more money out of you. He was very fair in pricing and kept to his word regarding timeliness. Great at communicating throughout the week keeping me posted of the progress and sending me pictures of the work needed and being performed.Arturo es excelente! Fue bien recomendado y no decepcionó. Mi carro necesitaba muchas reparaciones y todo fue solucionado perfectamente y en el lapso de una semana. Arturo es honesto en formular el diagnóstico y a diferencia de lo que es típico, no inventa daños para sacarle más plata a uno. Los precios fueron justos y Arturo hace lo mejor posible para buscar una solución económica si la hay en vez de la pereza que caracteriza el gremio (buscar piezas nuevas a altos precios en el lugar más cercano) y provee buenas alternativas para economizar. Fue excelente en su comunicación casi diaria, inclusive enviando fotos de los daños y arreglos.
